2. Nature of Services — MFD, Not an Investment Adviser

HALDIA SUN ENTERPRISES LLP provides the following services as an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor:

  • Facilitating purchase, redemption, and switch of Mutual Fund units on behalf of investors
  • Assisting investors with KYC completion, modification, and account maintenance
  • Providing general financial information and educational content for investor awareness
  • Providing financial calculators and planning tools for illustrative and educational purposes
What We Do NOT Do:
  • We do NOT provide personalized investment advice as defined under SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations 2013
  • We do NOT hold SEBI RIA registration and do NOT charge advisory fees from investors
  • We do NOT guarantee returns, minimum returns, or capital protection on any investment
  • We do NOT provide legal, tax, or formal accounting advice
  • We do NOT deal in Direct Plans — we facilitate Regular Plans as a distributor

10. Commission Disclosure

HALDIA SUN ENTERPRISES LLP receives trailing commission from AMCs on Regular Plan investments. This is paid out of the Total Expense Ratio (TER) and is not an additional fee charged to you. Detailed disclosures are available on our Commission Disclosure page.

11. Privacy Policy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, prepared in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 (DPDPA 2023).

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haldia, West Bengal.

For investor grievances, the following escalation applies: HALDIA SUN GRO → Concerned AMC → AMFI IGRC (1800-270-7000) → SEBI SCORES (scores.sebi.gov.in) → SMART ODR (smartodr.in).
